Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in dynamic, in-house roles where social media was at the heart of my work and worked with GeniusVets for the past 3 years. My official title was Manager of Client Social. From developing engaging campaigns to tracking performance analytics and crafting content that connected deeply with our audiences, this experiences allowed me to truly own and elevate the social voice of each brand. I’ve included this role in my portfolio because they reflect the full scope of my social media expertise - backed by real-world data, creative execution, and a passion for storytelling that drives results.

So, what was the strategy here?

The strategy was designed to support veterinary practices across the country by helping them grow their online presence with high-quality, client-attracting content. As part of the social team, I oversaw the creation and customization of social media for multiple veterinary clients, aligning each brand’s voice with educational, engaging, and SEO-optimized content.

 

My approach prioritized a blend of evergreen pet wellness education, community involvement, seasonal campaigns, and practice-specific highlights. Through consistent performance reviews, A/B testing, and trend tracking, I ensured that content not only looks good - but drives awareness, client trust, and ultimately, new clients & appointments.​
