2. No Client Relationship Created by Website Use
Submitting an inquiry form, application, or questionnaire through this Website does not create a client relationship.
A client relationship is only established once:

Payment is received through Stripe or another approved processor.

4. Payments & Billing
All services are invoiced through Stripe.
Payment is due on the date specified on the invoice. Services are billed in advance unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
If payment is not received within five (5) days of the due date:

A late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance or $50 (whichever is greater) may be applied.

Services may be suspended after seven (7) days of nonpayment.
The Company reserves the right to terminate services for continued nonpayment.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
No refunds are issued for services that have already been rendered.
Specific cancellation terms are outlined in individual client agreements.
6. No Guarantees
The Company provides marketing and business strategy services. Results depend on numerous factors outside of our control, including but not limited to market conditions, implementation, industry variables, and client participation.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue, or growth results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Snout Collective LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to the Company in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected by the “Effective Date” above.

Refunds & Cancellations
Effective Date: 2/14/2026This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to services provided by The Snout Collective LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. General Refund PolicyAll payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.Due to the nature of marketing, strategy, and consulting services — which involve time, expertise, and resource allocation — refunds are not issued for completed work, partial months, or unused time.
2. Social Media Management ServicesInitial TermSocial Media Management services require a minimum initial commitment of three (3) months.This minimum term ensures sufficient time for strategy implementation and performance evaluation.Ongoing ServicesAfter the initial three-month period, services continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in writing.Cancellation NoticeClients must provide thirty (30) days written notice to cancel services.Cancellation notice must be submitted via email to hello@snoutcollective.com.Services and billing will continue during the 30-day notice period.Payment StructureServices are billed in advance at the start of each service period.No refunds are issued for prepaid service periods.
3. Website Strategy & Content ServicesWebsite strategy and content services are billed as a monthly retainer unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.Clients must provide thirty (30) days written notice to cancel ongoing services.No refunds are issued for services already rendered or for work completed within a billing cycle.
4. Marketing Coaching ServicesMarketing coaching services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.Clients may cancel with thirty (30) days written notice.No refunds are provided for completed sessions or time reserved.
5. Late or Failed PaymentsPayment is due on the invoice date.If payment is not received within five (5) days:A late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance or $50 (whichever is greater) may be applied.Services may be paused after seven (7) days of nonpayment.Continued nonpayment may result in termination of services.
