Refunds & Cancellations

Effective Date: 2/14/2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to services provided by The Snout Collective LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. General Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

Due to the nature of marketing, strategy, and consulting services — which involve time, expertise, and resource allocation — refunds are not issued for completed work, partial months, or unused time.

 

2. Social Media Management Services

Initial Term

Social Media Management services require a minimum initial commitment of three (3) months.

This minimum term ensures sufficient time for strategy implementation and performance evaluation.

Ongoing Services

After the initial three-month period, services continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in writing.

Cancellation Notice

Clients must provide thirty (30) days written notice to cancel services.

Cancellation notice must be submitted via email to hello@snoutcollective.com.

Services and billing will continue during the 30-day notice period.

Payment Structure

Services are billed in advance at the start of each service period.

No refunds are issued for prepaid service periods.

 

3. Website Strategy & Content Services

Website strategy and content services are billed as a monthly retainer unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Clients must provide thirty (30) days written notice to cancel ongoing services.

No refunds are issued for services already rendered or for work completed within a billing cycle.

 

4. Marketing Coaching Services

Marketing coaching services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Clients may cancel with thirty (30) days written notice.

No refunds are provided for completed sessions or time reserved.

 

5. Late or Failed Payments

Payment is due on the invoice date.

If payment is not received within five (5) days:

  • A late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance or $50 (whichever is greater) may be applied.

  • Services may be paused after seven (7) days of nonpayment.

Continued nonpayment may result in termination of services.

 

6. Termination by Company

The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client:

  • Fails to make payments

  • Violates agreed-upon terms

  • Engages in abusive, inappropriate, or unethical behavior

  • Fails to provide necessary materials or cooperation required to perform services

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
